Terms of Service

By accessing Strong Nation (“the Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years or older. Partner roles (Vendor, Distributor, Warehouse Partner) require a verified business identity in India, including a valid GSTIN and PAN.

Authentication is by phone OTP. You are responsible for keeping the registered phone number under your control. Notify us immediately at legal@strongnation.in if your number is compromised.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and tax classifications. Distributors are responsible for honoring purchase commitments and credit terms. Warehouse Partners are responsible for the integrity of inventory in their custody.

Strong Nation reconciles payouts net of commission, GST, TDS, and any platform-applied adjustments. Settlement timelines and dispute windows are documented in your partnership addendum.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for KYC failures, fraud signals, repeated SLA breaches, or violations of these Terms. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strong Nation's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
